Pull up a chair, my dears. There's a new chick on the farm, and I can't wait for you to meet her.
Her name is Posy. She has speckles from her beak to her toes, and she loves to draw more than anything. But the other chicks are smooth and yellow, so Posy tries to hide who she is, with mud on her speckles and petals on her wings. Then Clover the cow's brass bell goes missing, and it takes one little chick who draws everything she sees to find it.
There's Only One Posy is Book 3 in The Sunflower Hen series, with Hattie, Rusty, and all our friends from the farm. It's a gentle read-aloud about creativity and being perfect just the way you are, just right for ages 3 to 7.
