Refund policy

We want you to love everything you bring home from Hearth & Acre.

Returns-
If you're not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return-
Please email us first at hearthandacreco@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll send you return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Return Shipping-
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Wrong Items-
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Refunds-
Once we receive and check your return, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Items We Can't Accept for Return-
Candles that have been burned, and items that have been used or washed.
